NCWSBA Wool Broker Award winner announced for 2018 

The National Council of Wool Selling Brokers of Australia has announced the winner of its Wool Broker Award for 2018. Recognising excellence in wool brokering in Australian, the NCWSBA Wool Broker Award this year went to Candice Cordy of Landmark.

The two other finalists were Samantha Wan (Elders) and Cassandra Baile (AWN). 

As NCWSBA Award Winners attend the annual IWTO Congress as part of their prize, IWTO looks forward to welcoming Candice at the 2019 IWTO Congress in Venice, Italy in April 2019.

Annabelle Cleeland (Editor, Stock and Land), Ed Storey (Vice President, WoolProducers Australia) and Ian Ashman (General Manager Raw Wool, AWTA) made up this year's Selection Panel. Criteria include client servicing, auctioneering and/or innovation. Brokers who have been in the industry for 10 years or more and are working for a NCWSA member are eligible.The members of the Selection Panel said that they had enormous difficulty in separating the three Finalists to decide on a winner.
