IWTO Arbitration Agreement (Blue Book) Edition 2011/2012 (2010-09-08)
The Blue Book is the basis for the conditions under which most of the world wool trade conducts its business. The rules contained in it are agreed between those who are involved in the buying and selling of the various wool-textile products. The Blue Book incorporates the International Wool Textile Arbitration Agreement, used as a dispute settlement tool for conflicts arising between partners from different countries.

As stated under Acceptance of Arbitration, Point 5d of the Appendix 1 IWTO Arbitration Regulations of the Blue Book edition 2011/2012, IWTO has to publish the amount to be charged as a deposit.
- The Deposit is set at 1000 Euro.
The Administration fees for non-member applicants are as followed:
- Access to arbitration and notification of the other party through IWTO: 3000 Euro
- Processing/proceeding (meaning all work for the arbitration in itself after it is notified): 250 Euro per hour
