“PROLANA, Wool Quality Improvement Assistance Program, as a
Distinguishing Element of Argentine Wool in the Country and in the
World”
PROLANA gives wool growers a tool to highlight the quality of their wool
and achieve a better positioning of their product in the domestic and
foreign markets. Over time, all PROLANA members have become proud of
belonging to a programme that contributes to improving social and
economic conditions of the wool sector due to its nation-wide impact.
Also, as a result of the implementation of the programme, most Argentine
wool growers have adopted the production quality levels now spread
throughout the agro industrial wool chain.
