Using a mixture of natural and man-made yarns I have created a
delicate mix of textures; softness created through woollen mohair’s and
alpaca and a suggestion of the presence of solitary figures and
performance wear through the use of reflective yarn and flashes of high
visibility aluminous colour.
My fabrics are intended for womenswear, their fragile nature suited to
detailing and trimmings perhaps juxtaposed with leathers and tweeds that
would provide protection in such arctic climes.
