"The Three-Dimensional Form Felting Machine"

The project involves felting wool, using the wet felting method, which employs the application of hot water or steam and agitation.

Using the Felting Machine it is possible to obtain a component comprised solely of 100% wool, no adhesives or binders are needed. It is opening the field to those applications with stringent requirements, such all natural, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, environmentally friendly materials.

The felting machine is an innovative solution to the production of three-dimensional forms. It has the potential to increase the development and distribution of wool through widespread applications in domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
